Nostalgia Classic Cars has the pleasure to present you an undisputed legend from a bygone era, a fully restored 1923 Ford Model T Coupe. Two-tone bodywork has been painted in deep blue, with the fenders, the roof and the radiator mask finished in black. Its wooden wheels have been repainted blue with black centers, to match the car's dominant color. Interior was finished in black leather with blue metalwork throughout. Ford Model T is one of just a few cars that truly revolutionized the industry, and that's why we're honored to have this opportunity to offer it to you.
Built from 1908 to 1927 in more than a dozen body styles, Ford Model T was the first ever mass produced automobile. In the times when automobiles were built by hand, and were too expensive for the middle class, Henry Ford pioneered the use of moving assembly lines. The new way of organizing the manufacturing process made the Model T much cheaper to produce, thus affordable to the developing American society. That revolution resulted in staggering production figures, with more than fifteen million Model Ts produced until 1927.
Ford's revolutionary approach to car manufacturing meant that a car could be fully assembled in just 93 minutes, compared to 12.5 hours before the moving assembly line was introduced. Also, Henri Ford pioneered the use of interchangeable parts, which made maintenance cheaper and more simple than ever. At one point, a half of all the cars in the world were Ford Model Ts! Today, thousands Ford Ts still operate, keeping the legend of the first truly revolutionary car alive.
