Nostalgia Classic Cars proudly presents you a piece of true pre-war American grace! For 1934 model year, Studebaker debuted the President range with more modern bodywork. The new style was called Land Cruiser, and it was distinctive for its impressive streamlined silhouette. The Studebaker President Eight was the pinnacle of the range, and it offered unprecedented luxury and performance from its inline-eight engine. From 1934 to 1940, the Studebaker President Eight received several restyles, and it was built in three bodyworks, as a four-door sedan, two-door sedan and two-door roadster.

This 1934 Studebaker President Eight Sedan is one of 3,698 examples built, and comes in four-door sedan form. What’s special about this beautiful pre-war gem is that it was a barn find, having spent 36 years locked in a garage, which made it a perfectly preserved example. Being finished in stately black with discreet red striping flowing below its windows, this Packard Eight looks nothing short of sublime. The interior is finished in contrastingivory leather and rich woodwork. The dashboard is a beautiful display of art deco aesthetics: tonneau shaped instruments with intricately decorated frames showcase the pinnacle of pre-war interior design. The whole look wouldn’t be complete without whitewall tires, and this detail underlines this Packard’s glamorous look. See this gem in person in our showroom and fall in love with its pre-war glitz!
