Nostalgia Classic Cars is proud to offer you a V12-powered 80s icon, and by far the coolest car to take out on a desert trip! Lamborghini LM002 was, and still is, one of the most daring cars ever created, and it is the first truly opulent SUV ever produced. The LM002 was manufactured from 1986 to 1993 as an evolution to the V8-powered Cheetah and LM001 projects. But, as a finished product, the LM002 had V12 power. The first V12 was sourced from the iconic Countach supercar, while there was also an option of the 7.2 liter Lamborghini L804 powerboat engine! Such a special vehicle needed some special rubber, so Pirelli developed the Pirelli Scorpion run flat tires in two tread patterns, one for mixed surfaces and one for sand use only. In a market that was all about excess, Lamborghini made the LM002 to order and the list of owners included Saddam Hussein, Pablo Escobar, Mike Tyson, and Sylvester Stallone, who prompted the famous nickname Rambo Lambo.
One of just 328 examples produced, the LM002 that graces our showroom is finished in beautiful gunmetal grey with discreet bare metalbull-bars. This Countach-powered Rambo Lambo has original multispoke Lamborghini rims fitted with Pirelli Scorpion tires. The minimalist interior features four bucket seats upholstered in red and black Nappa leather with complementary red stitching, while the dashboard sports dark burl wood accents. The best part of this amazing car is that it has covered just 25,621 km, so it’s ready to tackle the desert for many more!
